Healthy Behaviors Incentive Programs
To help our members reach their best health, we offer programs that encourage and support their health goals. To enroll in or learn more about any of these programs, call 844-243-5131 (TTY: 711).
Programs We Currently Offer
This program offers counseling, medication, and support as you move towards quitting tobacco use.
Program Length: 180 days
This program helps you understand your nutrition and exercise needs so you can reach the right weight for you.
Program Length: 90-120 days
This program helps address your needs and support your desire to live a happier, sober life.
Program Length: 180 days
Members can earn up to $25 for each program they qualify for and complete, up to a total maximum of $50 a year.
