A Vivida Health Community Engagement Coordinator will be at the DeSoto Public Library. The Community Engagement Coordinator will assist Members and non-Members, one-on-one, with understanding and utilizing plan benefits such as transportation and Over the Counter Benefits. Coordinators will also assist on how to access local resources in their local area through Vivida Community Connect.
